Adjustment Company, Inc., is a multi-line, full service company that was
established by the late Earl Snapp in 1932. Central Adjustment Company
currently services the entire State of Arkansas, Northeast Texas, West
Tennessee, North Mississippi, East Oklahoma, and Central Mississippi, with
nine (9) locations to meet your insurance adjustment needs.
Our "in-house" guidelines
call for same-day contact with the insured and claimants. Inspection and
investigation are to be done within 48 hours. Auto appraisals are to be
completed or progress reports submitted with five (5) days. All other
assignments are to be evaluated and reported on within ten (10) days. All
subsequent reports are to be completed on a 30-day basis or as circumstances
dictate. We can tailor our services to meet your specific requirements.
We
currently use Xactimate software for property estimating and CCC Pathways for
automated vehicle repair estimates. We have digital photography and e-mail
capabilities.
